  2. Navigate to the "Settings" section.
  3. Select the "Delete Account" option.
  4. Follow the prompts to confirm your request.
  5. Upon confirmation, your account and associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems, except for data required to comply with legal obligations.

2. Data Deletion via Email

If you prefer to request data deletion via email, follow the steps below:

Steps for Email Request:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request."
  2. Include the following details in your email:
    • Full name.
    • Registered email address.
    • Phone number associated with your FixHaven account.
    • A clear statement requesting the deletion of your account and personal data.

Verification Process:

  • After receiving your request, we will verify your identity to ensure the security of your account.
  • Verification may include requesting additional details or documents to confirm your identity.

Processing Time:

  • We aim to process all data deletion requests within 14 business days of receiving a verified request.
  • Once your request is completed, we will notify you via email.

3. Exceptions to Data Deletion

Certain data may be retained after account deletion to comply with:

  • Financial record-keeping requirements.

This retained data will be securely stored and accessed only as necessary.
