  • All service booking fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed, except as explicitly stated in this policy.
  • Subscription fees paid by service providers to access the platform are non-refundable.

1.2 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Rendered: If the booked service is not delivered due to the unavailability of the provider.
  • Service Cancellation by Provider: If the service provider cancels the booking without rescheduling.
  • Provider Misconduct: In cases where a provider’s actions directly result in a failed service, refunds may be issued after investigation.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Dissatisfaction with completed services unless a material breach of service standards is identified.
  • Customer cancellations outside the permitted cancellation period.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • Customers can cancel bookings within 24 hours of scheduling without penalty.
  • Cancellations made outside this period are non-refundable.

2.2 Provider-Initiated Cancellations

  • In the event of a cancellation by the provider, customers are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.

3. Refund Process

3.1 Submitting a Refund Request

To request a refund, users must:

  • Submit a written request within 7 days] of the scheduled service date.
  • Provide relevant details, including booking ID, payment receipt, and reasons for the refund request.

3.2 Refund Approval Process

  • Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • FixHaven reserves the right to investigate claims, including communication with both the customer and provider, before making a decision.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 31 business days.

4. Administrative Fees

Refunds may be subject to administrative fees to cover processing costs. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount.


5. Payment Method for Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. FixHaven is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks.


6. Fraudulent Claims

FixHaven strictly prohibits fraudulent refund claims. Users found submitting false claims will be permanently banned from the platform and may face legal action.


7. Changes to This Refund Policy

FixHaven reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
