Note: FixHaven serves as an intermediary and is not directly responsible for the quality, completion, or fulfillment of services provided by Providers.

3. User Accounts

  • Registration: Users must register an account to access the Platform’s services. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors may use the Platform only with parental or guardian consent.

4. Payment and Fees

  • Service Charges: The cost of services, including any applicable taxes, will be displayed at the time of booking.
  • Platform Fees: FixHaven may charge a commission or service fee on transactions. These fees will be disclosed at the time of booking.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By using our services, you agree to their terms and conditions.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to approval by both FixHaven and the Provider.

5. Responsibilities of Providers

  • Providers must ensure their services are performed professionally and meet applicable standards.
  • Providers are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses, permits, or certifications.
  • FixHaven reserves the right to verify the qualifications and backgrounds of Providers but does not guarantee the accuracy of such information.

6. User Conduct

Users agree to:

  • Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Refrain from engaging in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities.
  • Communicate respectfully with Providers and other Users.

FixHaven reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • FixHaven acts solely as a platform connecting Users and Providers and does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or safety of services provided.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixHaven is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on FixHaven, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ElasticWebHost or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy

Your use of FixHaven is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

FixHaven reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other reason deemed necessary.
